Requires Arizona high school social studies academic standards to include personal finance, American civics education, history and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, and comparative discussion of political ideologies like communism and totalitarianism.

Mandates all high school graduates pass a civics test identical to the U.S. citizenship naturalization test, requiring 60 correct answers through graduating class of 2025 and 70 correct answers beginning with graduating class of 2026.

Allows seventh and eighth grade students to take the civics test early, and if they pass with 70 correct answers, they are exempt from retaking it in high school.

Requires school districts and charter schools to report aggregate data on civics test results to the department of education, including median scores, pass/fail percentages, and other required metrics, organized by grade level and made publicly available.

Requires at least one-half course credit in economics that includes financial literacy and personal financial management as part of graduation requirements.
