Establishes a legislative capitol mall study committee composed of 10 members including two state senators, two state representatives, the director of the department of administration, two public members, and two members each appointed by Maricopa County and City of Phoenix leadership.

Committee members must include representatives from different political parties for legislative seats, and county and city appointees must include individuals with planning experience.

Committee shall meet as needed to gather information on capitol mall use and improvements, solicit stakeholder input, and develop recommendations for enhancing the capitol mall area.

Committee must submit findings and recommendations report to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state by December 31, 2024.

Committee is automatically repealed on June 30, 2025; members receive no compensation and the legislature provides staffing support.
