Establishes the Joint Legislative New American Talent Study Committee consisting of 11 members including legislators from both parties, internationally trained professionals, small business owners, refugee resettlement workers, and representatives from universities, community colleges, and state agencies.

Committee shall review best practices for economic integration of new Americans into the workforce, evaluate state policies creating barriers to workforce participation, and identify solutions to improve access to new American talent.

Cochairpersons appointed by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives are responsible for calling meetings as needed.

Committee must submit a report of findings and recommendations to the Governor, legislature, Senate Commerce Committee, House Commerce Committee, and Arizona Commerce Authority by December 31, 2023, with the report posted on the Arizona Commerce Authority website.

Committee is repealed effective June 30, 2024.
