Allows qualified private school students to try out for and participate in interscholastic activities at public schools on the same basis as enrolled public school students.

Requires parents of private school students trying out for activities to submit written verification that the student maintains passing grades and satisfactory progress toward advancement or promotion.

Prohibits private school students who were previously enrolled in a school district, charter school, or different private school from participating in interscholastic activities for the remainder of that school year.

Prevents school districts from contracting with private entities that supervise interscholastic activities if those entities prohibit qualified private school students from participating.

Defines "qualified private school student" as a student residing in a public school's attendance area, attending a private school with fewer than 100 students in grades 9-12 that does not offer the activity the student seeks to join.
