Amends Arizona law to prohibit state agencies and individual courts from requiring mandatory or technical forms for notices and pleadings in forcible entry, forcible detainer, and special detainer actions.

Specifies that any notice or pleading meeting statutory requirements for content and formatting is sufficient, regardless of the specific form used.

Applies the form requirement prohibition to five sections of Arizona Revised Statutes governing evictions and landlord-tenant disputes (sections 12-1175, 33-361, 33-1305, 33-1404, and 33-2101).

Makes grammatical corrections to existing eviction statutes, including changing "nor" to "or" and "them" to "the premises" in section 33-361.
