Increases annual deposit to Arizona state parks heritage fund from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 from state lottery revenues.

Modifies section 5-572 to specify that state parks heritage fund deposits occur after game and fish commission heritage fund deposits and before other program allocations.

Updates section 41-502 to clarify that the Arizona state parks heritage fund consists of lottery deposits, legislative appropriations, grants, donations, and investment earnings.

Makes state parks heritage fund deposits subject to the same general fund minimum threshold ($84,150,000) that applies to game and fish commission heritage fund deposits.
