• Expands offenses requiring inclusion on Arizona's internet sex offender website to include preparatory offenses in addition to completed offenses.

• Adds requirement for offenders convicted of sexual crimes against victims under twelve years of age or sentenced under section 13-705 to be included on the public website, including offenses such as sexual abuse, molestation, sexual conduct with a minor, child sex trafficking, and luring/aggravated luring of minors.

• Maintains separate database of online identifiers (email addresses, social media accounts, mobile numbers, etc.) for level two and three risk assessment offenders without publicly connecting this information to their names and addresses.

• Allows the Department of Public Safety to share offenders' online identifiers with electronic communication service providers for comparison against their systems.

• Provides implementation timeline allowing the Department of Public Safety until July 1, 2024 to add offenders convicted before the effective date to the website.
