Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-673 regarding election contest procedures.

Changes requirement from "shall" to "shall file" to clarify that an elector must file a written statement within five days after the secretary of state or governor declares election results.

Replaces gendered language ("party," "he") with gender-neutral terms ("person," "the person," "the contestor") throughout the statute.

Changes "upon" to "on" in reference to how a measure or amendment appeared on the official ballot.

Allows election contests to be filed for persons, measures, constitutional amendments, or other propositions.
