Extends the timeline for holding a recall election from 90 days to 120 days or more after the order calling the election is issued.

Changes the nomination petition filing deadline from 60-90 days before the recall election to 90-120 days before the election.

Allows candidates to circulate nomination petitions during the same time period that recall petitions are being circulated.

Makes minor terminology updates, including changing "per cent" to "percent" and "upon" to "on" throughout the statute.
