AZ SB1615

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-1304 to allocate unissued event wagering operator licenses to Indian tribes that have signed the most recent tribal-state gaming compact.

Directs the department director to immediately issue any unallocated event wagering licenses (from the 10 allocated to non-tribal applicants under subsection A, paragraph 1) to federally recognized Indian tribes in Arizona, their designees, or entities fully owned by Indian tribes.

Establishes that any event wagering operator licenses that are not renewed by non-tribal licensees shall be reallocated and made available to federally recognized Indian tribes, their designees, or entities fully owned by Indian tribes.

Maintains existing requirements that Indian tribes must have signed the most recent tribal-state gaming compact and applicable appendices or amendments to be eligible to receive allocated licenses.
