Transfers $2,100,000 monthly from the event wagering fund to the 2021 compact trust fund to benefit tribes, particularly those not located in the Phoenix metropolitan area and without event wagering licenses.

Prohibits current and former governors, staff members, lobbyists, lawyers, and legislators involved in gaming legislation or negotiations related to tribal-state gaming compact amendments (effective after January 1, 2021) from having financial interests in gambling operations for five years after April 15, 2021.

Updates definitions and regulatory frameworks for fantasy sports contests and event wagering operations, with the commission administering licensing, rules adoption, and enforcement.

Sunsets the Arizona Gaming Commission on July 1, 2033, with related statutory provisions repealed January 1, 2034.
