Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-526 to require the Department of Child Safety to publish program and outcomes data on its website in downloadable, analysis-ready format.

Requires semiannual reporting (by September 30 and March 31) on metrics including caseloads, investigations, substantiations, out-of-home placements, foster home availability, child visitation compliance, adoption outcomes, and child deaths.

Mandates annual reporting on kinship foster care demographics and effectiveness, housing assistance program data and costs, independent living program enrollment, and substantiated neglect reports with removal timelines.

Requires monthly reporting on workforce metrics (vacancy rates, turnover, new hires by position category), operations data (hotline performance, case status, foster care entries/exits), and financial data comparing monthly and year-to-date expenditures to prior year and budgets.

Requires department to submit written reports within three months after each reporting period to legislative leadership and committees, describing three to five major challenges in achieving safe, permanent homes for abused and neglected children.
