Amends Section 5-604 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to the Department of Gaming and its director.

Clarifies that employment or financial interest of a relative in the gambling industry is grounds for dismissing the director or employee of the department.

Makes technical correction to statutory language by changing "the dismissal of" to "dismissing" in the grounds for removal provision.

Specifies that the phrase "of gaming" applies to relatives of department employees in relation to the gambling industry conflict of interest rule.
