Amends Arizona school finance law to add a new definition of "tribal student" as a pupil who identifies as American Indian or Alaskan Native in the pupil's enrollment information.

Adds "tribal student" as a funding category in the Group B educational improvements funding weight calculation with a support level weight of 0.021.

Multiplies the tribal student count by the 0.021 weight factor and includes the result in the weighted student count used to calculate base support level funding for school districts.

Applies to school districts statewide for purposes of computing state aid and budget allocations based on enrollment of Native American and Alaska Native students.
