Establishes the Arizona Native American Rodeo Committee within the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board consisting of five tribal members appointed by the governor, with no more than two members from the same tribe.

Committee members serve six-year terms (with initial members serving staggered two, four, and six-year terms), are unpaid but eligible for expense reimbursement, and must meet at least once annually to facilitate and oversee an annual Arizona Native American Rodeo.

Committee receives preference in selecting dates for the annual rodeo and is provided administrative support, facilities, and meeting space by the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board.

Creates the Arizona Native American Rodeo Fund administered by the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board for exclusive use of the committee.

Appropriates $300,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 and each fiscal year thereafter to the fund, with the appropriation deemed ongoing and exempt from lapsing provisions.
