Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-183 regarding charter school financial records and requirements.

Prohibits charter school charters from exempting schools from compliance with the uniform system of financial records prescribed in chapter 2, article 4 of state law.

Removes language requiring the auditor general to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of uniform financial record provisions to align with private business accounting principles.

Maintains existing requirements that charter schools comply with the same financial and electronic data submission requirements as school districts, including audit requirements and procurement rules.
