Prohibits any government entity in Arizona from requiring residents to receive COVID-19 vaccinations or any variant thereof.

Makes it an unlawful discriminatory practice for government entities, employers, or public accommodations to deny services, employment, or access based on vaccination status or immunity passport status.

Allows persons, government entities, and employers to recommend vaccines without violating this section.

Prohibits requirements for vaccines with only FDA emergency use authorization or those undergoing safety trials.

Exempts health care institutions defined in section 36-401 and immunization requirements for school attendance and child care facilities from these prohibitions.
