• Department of Gaming shall collect a regulatory assessment of 0.5 percent from commercial racing permittees on all amounts wagered on live and simulcast races in fiscal year 2023-2024, deducted from pari-mutuel pools.

• Department of Gaming shall issue refunds for event wagering operator license application fees to six Indian tribes: Cocopah, Colorado River, Pascua Yaqui, Yavapai-Apache, White Mountain Apache, and Havasupai tribes during fiscal year 2023-2024.

• Exposition and State Fair Board permanent revolving fund balance is capped at $60,000 for fiscal year 2023-2024, except it may reach $400,000 during the 15-day periods before and after the 2023 Arizona State Fair.
