AZ SCR1013

Proposes constitutional amendment to increase Arizona House of Representatives from 30 to 60 districts, with one representative elected per district instead of two.

Establishes that each of the 30 Senate districts shall consist of exactly two separate entire House districts contained completely within that Senate district.

Applies to redistricting beginning in 2031 and becomes fully applicable for the 2032 general election and all subsequent legislative elections.

Maintains existing independent redistricting commission structure and procedures for establishing congressional and legislative district boundaries.

Requires voter approval and submission to voters at the next regular general election.
