Arizona Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the Constitution to call a convention for proposing a federal fiscal responsibility amendment to address inflation and federal spending.

Requests Congress expeditiously approve concurrent resolutions confirming that the two-thirds state application threshold for calling an Article V convention has been met, or provide documented proof otherwise.

Requires ratification of any proposed amendment through votes in state ratifying conventions to ensure public participation in the decision-making process.

Directs the U.S. Archivist to establish procedures for accurately tracking, authenticating, storing, counting and publicly listing all Article V state applications since the Constitution's inception, with applications remaining active until Congress calls a convention unless rescinded or expired.

Requests Arizona's Attorney General review legal options to ensure the Archivist maintains accurate records and Congress fulfills its duty to call a convention when the two-thirds threshold is reached.
