Applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a convention limited to proposing a constitutional amendment establishing term limits for U.S. House and Senate members.

Directs Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, congressional leadership, House Judiciary Committee chair, Arizona's Congressional delegation, and state legislative leaders requesting their cooperation.

Declares this application covers the same subject matter as applications from other states on congressional term limits and shall be aggregated with those applications to reach the two-thirds state threshold required by Article V.

Establishes this as a continuing application that remains in effect until legislatures of at least two-thirds of states submit applications on the same subject of congressional term limits.
