Recognizes the Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing's services to 1.1 million deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind Arizonans through information, hearing health care programs, and relay services.

Encourages Arizona citizens to protect their hearing and seek services from licensed hearing health care professionals for regular hearing checks.
