Prohibits voting systems used in Arizona federal elections from being implemented unless all components are designed, manufactured, and assembled in the United States using trusted suppliers and processes accredited by the Defense Microelectronics Activity.

Requires source code for computerized voting machines used in federal elections to be made publicly available.

Mandates that ballot images and system log files from each tabulator be recorded on secure write-once, read-many media and posted on the Secretary of State's website within 24 hours after polls close, free to the public.

Directs the legislature to transmit the resolution to the Secretary of State for implementation.
