Celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of Greg Jernigan's career with the Arizona State Senate, which began in 1973 as Staff Attorney for the Thirty-First Legislature.

Recognizes Jernigan's service in multiple roles including Legal Counsel to the President, General Counsel, Senate Chief of Staff, and Executive Director of Legislative Council under seventeen Senate Presidents.

Acknowledges Jernigan's national expertise in reapportionment and redistricting, including his role as Staff Chair and principal author of the National Conference of State Legislatures' seminal "Redistricting Law 2000."
