AZ HB2011

Amends section 5-572 to establish a new appropriation of $50,000,000 annually from remaining state lottery fund monies to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona.

Requires the water infrastructure finance authority to deposit $25,000,000 of the lottery appropriation into the water supply development revolving fund and $25,000,000 into the water conservation grant fund.

Adds state lottery fund deposits as a funding source to the water supply development revolving fund under section 49-1271.

Adds state lottery fund deposits as a funding source to the water conservation grant fund under section 49-1331.

The new lottery appropriation occurs after all existing appropriations and deposits from the lottery fund are made, including deposits to the Arizona game and fish commission heritage fund, health programs, and the Arizona competes fund.
