Amends section 37-1302 to require the state forester to provide a written report to legislative committees, the governor, and the secretary of state during the first regular session of each legislature on forestry conditions, wildfire management, and budgetary information.

Adds new reporting requirements for the state forester to include current and ongoing wildfire mitigation and suppression activities, associated budget allocations, and expected actual costs in the annual legislative presentation.

Repeals section 41-3024.21 and adds section 41-3032.21 establishing a July 1, 2032 termination date for the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management, with title 37, chapter 9 repealed on January 1, 2033.

Continues the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management to provide resources for prevention and suppression of wildland fires on state land and private property outside cities and towns.

Takes effect retroactively from July 1, 2024 for the repeal and new termination date provisions.
