Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-1503 regarding the Arizona standard fire policy for properties in the state.

Adds coverage requirement for direct loss by fire to include damage from landslides, mudslides, mudflows, or debris flows when fire is the proximate cause and the fire ended within 180 days of the loss.

Requires coverage for fire-caused landslide or mudslide damage to be provided under the same terms and conditions as coverage for the fire itself.

Clarifies that the director must maintain on file an authenticated copy of the Arizona standard fire policy and permits provisions to be rewritten and rearranged on the first page to facilitate policy issuance and endorsements.
