Adds Chapter 29 to Title 44 of Arizona Revised Statutes regulating online event ticket sales.

Prohibits using bots to purchase tickets in excess of posted limits, including through multiple IP addresses, accounts, or email addresses.

Prohibits bots from circumventing electronic queues, waiting periods, presale codes, or other sales volume limitation systems for online ticket sales.

Prohibits bots from circumventing security measures or access control systems used to validate tickets are not fraudulent.

Designates violations as unlawful practices under Arizona consumer fraud law, with each illegally acquired ticket counting as a separate violation subject to civil penalties.
