Amends the definition of "master jury list" in Arizona Revised Statutes § 21-101 to include dates of birth and, if available, telephone numbers and email addresses in addition to names and addresses of eligible jurors.

Requires the jury commissioner to compile the master jury list from voter registration records, driver's license/identification card holders, and other lists as determined by the Arizona Supreme Court, all including the expanded juror information.

Requires the county recorder to provide updated voter registration lists to the jury commissioner or jury manager containing names, addresses, dates of birth, and contact information by January 1 following each biennial general election, with supplemental updates at least every six months.

Requires the Department of Transportation to furnish and periodically revise lists of licensed drivers and identification card holders in the county, ages 18 and older, including the expanded personal information when requested by a jury commissioner or jury manager.

Maintains existing restrictions on disclosure of information provided by the Department of Transportation, limiting use to jury selection purposes.
