Department of Health shall establish annual joint training sessions between supervisors, compliance officers, and investigators with skilled nursing providers and assisted living providers related to section 36-409 compliance duties.

Joint training sessions will report changes to the survey process and educate compliance officers and providers on how compliance with changes will be determined.

Training sessions may be conducted in person or remotely.

Department may receive and spend gifts, grants, or donations to fund the required joint training sessions.
