Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-219 regarding Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligibility for individuals convicted of drug-related felonies.

Removes the requirement for random drug testing as a condition for SNAP eligibility and eliminates the "after August 22, 1996" conviction date limitation.

Makes individuals eligible for SNAP if they are in compliance with all probation terms, including any drug testing requirements that apply to their probation.

Repeals five alternative eligibility criteria related to substance abuse treatment completion or participation and removes provisions requiring the Department to adopt rules for more frequent drug testing.
