Amends the definition of "contiguous" in Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2101 to include lots, parcels or fractional interests separated by a private road or street.

Modifies the exclusions from "contiguous" to clarify that public roads, streets or highways must meet specific criteria: established by the state or its subdivisions, dedicated to and accepted by the state or subdivisions, or designated as an interstate highway by the federal government.

Removes the previous requirement that public roads be "regularly maintained by the state or any agency or political subdivision of this state and has been used continuously by the public for at least the last five years."

Changes the definition to exclude only barriers and public roads/streets/highways meeting the revised criteria, rather than the previous five-year continuous use standard.
