Designates the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission as the central collection point for criminal justice data and establishes a public online data system accessible on the commission's website in modern, electronic format.

Requires law enforcement, prosecuting agencies, courts, the Department of Corrections, and probation departments to report specified data including information about alleged offenders, victims, defendants, inmates, and probationers (names, dates of birth, addresses, race, sex, charges, dispositions, and other case details).

Prohibits the commission from releasing disaggregated personally identifying information, locating information, photographs, or mugshots of any individual, and requires establishment of policies to protect confidential information.

Adds victim privacy protections by allowing victim data to be shared under the reporting requirements in the new data system while maintaining existing redaction requirements for identifying and locating information in case records.

Appropriates $1,400,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to implement and maintain the data system and create reporting mechanisms for criminal justice agencies.
