Allows operators of self-service storage facilities to limit the value of stored property in rental agreements, with that limit deemed the maximum property value for all purposes.

Permits operators to contract with towing companies to remove vehicles, watercraft, or trailers after 30 days of default, with required notice to the occupant at least 10 days before removal.

Clarifies that operators are not liable once a towing company takes possession of removed property.

Updates terminology from "electronic mail" to "email" and corrects grammatical language throughout Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1701, 33-1703, and 33-1704.
