AZ HB2088

Prohibits individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, and other organizations from bidding on contracts funded by bonds or budget overrides if they made contributions to promote those bonds or overrides.

Applies the prohibition if the bond is issued or the budget override is approved by a vote of qualified electors.

Adds section 9-500.50 to Arizona Revised Statutes applying the prohibition to school districts.

Adds section 11-269.29 to Arizona Revised Statutes applying the prohibition to counties.
