Amends Arizona law to give children age 14 and older the right to select which parent they choose for custody and parenting time, with the child's selection being presumptive unless the court determines it is not in the child's best interests.

Requires courts to strongly consider the wishes of children under age 14 who are of suitable age and maturity regarding custody and parenting time unless the court determines the child's wishes are not in the child's best interests.

Modifies court interview procedures to require courts to interview children upon the child's request (rather than at court discretion) to ascertain if domestic violence or child abuse has occurred and to consider the child's custody and parenting time preferences.

Expands the factors courts must consider in custody cases to include assessment of domestic violence or child abuse when determining the best interests of the child.
