Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-992.01 regarding preliminary twenty-day lien notices for construction work and materials.

Corrects grammatical language throughout the statute, changing "which" to "that" and "of" to "after" in applicable sections.

Adds new subsection I establishing that notices are not defective based on failure to use bold-faced type or type size requirements as otherwise prescribed.

Adds new subsection requiring owners to furnish jobsite information and payment bond details within ten days of receiving a preliminary notice or a request for information.

Reorganizes existing subsections by renumbering former subsection I as subsection J, and former subsection J as subsection K, to accommodate the new requirements.
