Applicants must submit a list of all jurisdictions where they have been licensed, any disciplinary history, and verification of current licensure from each jurisdiction

Eliminates the supervised practice requirement that applies to other behavioral health endorsement licenses, allowing marriage and family therapists to practice independently upon receiving endorsement
