Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3553 to include computer-generated images in the definition of visual depictions depicting minors in sexual exploitation.

Defines "computer generated image" as any use of computer technology capable of creating images or visual depictions of a person that are indistinguishable from the actual person.

Adds prohibition on possessing, manufacturing, distributing, selling or purchasing a child sex doll that replicates the physical features of a real infant or minor under twelve years of age.

Maintains sexual exploitation of a minor as a class 2 felony, with enhanced penalties if the minor is under fifteen years of age pursuant to section 13-705.

Requires courts to seal evidence of visual depictions of sexual exploitation of minors at the conclusion of grand jury proceedings, hearings or trials.
