Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1221 regarding unit owner alterations in condominiums.

Allows unit owners to make interior improvements and alterations that do not impair structural integrity, mechanical systems, or support of the condominium, consistent with existing law.

Prohibits condominium associations from banning interior alterations that may disturb adjacent units if the owner installs reasonably necessary improved materials or accessories at their own expense to eliminate or minimize disturbance.

Prohibits associations from restricting any manner of decoration on the interior of units, notwithstanding condominium documents.
