Amends section 15-1204 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding special education vouchers for institutions placing students in educational programs.

Adds new funding provisions for campus-based programs, including $2.89 per route mile for transportation costs and specific capital outlay amounts ranging from $455.60 to $527.60 depending on grade level.

Adds $81.56 per student in grades nine through twelve for purchasing textbooks and related printed materials.

Requires annual increases to campus-based program funding amounts starting in fiscal year 2024-2025, adjusted by either 2 percent or the GDP price deflator (whichever is less), with amounts never reduced below 2024-2025 levels.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including replacing "upon" with "on" and updating grammatical phrasing throughout the statute.
