Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-1452 to prohibit mobile home park landlords from prohibiting tenants from installing reasonably necessary commercial cooling methods on their mobile homes.

Adds a new subsection (F)(9) to the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act clarifying that landlords cannot adopt rules restricting tenant cooling installations.

Corrects statutory language by changing "reoccurring" to "recurring" in reference to new financial obligations imposed on tenants after initial rental agreement execution.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage, approved by the Governor on April 2, 2024.
