Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-558 to allow special districts (as defined in Title 48) to conduct mail ballot elections with prior approval from the county board of supervisors.

Requires special districts to obtain board of supervisors approval before publishing the call of election as provided in Section 16-227.

Specifies that special district mail ballot elections must be conducted in accordance with Article 8 of Chapter 16, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, replacing "board" with "body" and removing "the provisions of" for clearer drafting.
