Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1602 regarding criminal damage to property.

Changes language in subsection A, paragraph 4 from "parking any vehicle" to "physically obstructing a passageway" in reference to depriving livestock of access to water.

Updates dollar thresholds in criminal penalties by converting written-out amounts to numerals (e.g., "ten thousand dollars" to "$10,000," "five thousand dollars" to "$5,000," "two thousand dollars" to "$2,000," "one thousand dollars" to "$1,000," and "two hundred fifty dollars" to "$250").

Preserves existing criminal classifications and penalties for various degrees of criminal damage based on property damage amounts.
