Adds chapter 41 to title 44, Arizona Revised Statutes, establishing regulations for ticket resale transactions.

Prohibits resellers and secondary ticket exchanges from reselling more than one copy of the same ticket to any athletic contest or live entertainment event.

Requires resellers to inform purchasers of the specific seat location (row and section number) or general admission area before reselling a ticket.

Prohibits reselling or advertising tickets for resale unless the reseller either possesses the ticket or has a written contract with the rights holder to obtain it.
