Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-364 to create an exemption from minimum wage and recordkeeping requirements for minor league baseball players.

Exemption applies only to employees who have a minor league baseball contract, are compensated under a collective bargaining agreement that expressly provides wages and working conditions, and receive compensation exceeding article requirements.

Makes technical corrections to existing minimum wage enforcement language, changing "promulgate regulations" to "adopt rules" and updating statutory terminology for consistency.

Requires a three-fourths affirmative vote of both houses of the legislature for enactment, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
