Amends Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) law to allow ASRS to provide member benefit values to current or former spouses upon proof of service in annulment, dissolution of marriage, or legal separation proceedings for section 38-773 purposes.

Changes terminology throughout ASRS statutes from "beneficiary" to "contingent annuitant" for optional retirement benefit forms, including joint and survivor life annuities and period certain and life annuities.

Allows members to name one or more contingent annuitants for period certain and life annuity options rather than limiting to a single beneficiary.

Makes technical corrections to section 38-760 regarding optional retirement benefit elections, including provisions for member changes to contingent annuitants and rescission rights.

Updates section 38-783 provisions governing health insurance premium payments to contingent annuitants receiving monthly retirement benefits from ASRS.
