Repeals section 41-3024.26, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to the Arizona State Retirement System.

Adds new section 41-3032.26 establishing a termination date of July 1, 2032 for the Arizona State Retirement System board and director.

Repeals Title 38, chapter 5, articles 2 and 2.1 and the new termination section on January 1, 2033.

Continues the ASRS board and director to collect, manage and invest employee and employer contributions and distribute retirement, health insurance, long-term disability and defined contribution benefits to members and participants.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2024.
