Repeals section 41-3024.18, Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously terminated the boiler advisory board.

Establishes a new termination date of July 1, 2032 for the boiler advisory board under section 41-3032.18.

Continues the boiler advisory board to assist the Division of Occupational Safety and Health in drafting standards and rules for boilers and water heaters.

Repeals section 23-486 and the new boiler advisory board statute on January 1, 2033.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2024.
