Establishes the Arizona Water Conservation Instruction Fund to provide grant funding for teacher professional development training in water conservation and drought management instruction.

Department of Education administers the fund and establishes application procedures for teachers to apply for grants covering costs of professional development courses.

Distributes grant monies to teachers who demonstrate their professional development course will prepare them to teach water conservation and drought management.

Appropriates $100,000 from the state general fund to the Arizona Water Conservation Instruction Fund for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Fund monies do not lapse, except any remaining unencumbered or unexpended monies revert to the state general fund on June 30, 2031; the entire program is repealed December 31, 2031.
